I like the balance of three. Three times in my life I have been famous and three times I've heard a voice (when there was no one there)  to guide me... I think!

I know right... It's absolutely bonkers to tell you that. A mockers field day. Yet these simple lines drive me. I wonder if they are a word from God - just like Jake got in The Blues Brothers movie? I love that movie....

For me to personally break free of those lies that have bound me all my life, to make that music and to stand re-invented as NICKSTIR. Goodness. That is this work.

This is scary, challenging, sometimes terrifying, complicated, beautiful and amazing. It is brilliant 'truth and pain' material for comedy. A herculean learning experience on a daily basis. And I loop in the challenge - and hide away... And now we find I am Neuro diverse - of course I am - doh!

This has been my lifetime's search, battle and heart call. Friends laugh at my gold mine of banana skin tales from this journey!

I've had fame without fortune, three times ( I Self Sabotaged brilliantly). I've been held quiet by fear and critique - or stepped recklessly and mistakenly.. And I wasn't good enough.

I have spent a house, hidden away for much of my life and feel my stomach tighten (as usual) as I write to you here. Yes I have also stood in fierce battles, entertained in arenas and on TV for brief moments in time. I've touched on the real me. I was awesome! And I battle with how to be that awesome me competent and confident - and stay humble!

Bottom line - this work is about love, laughter and freedom. It's about me finding the courage to take the LID OFF THE BOX of my life, dare to look a fool and be Making Crazy Work. For you.

It's about being a new me, in a new continent with a new name. It's about breaking free of those lies that have bound me....

I guess it's about leading by example. Maybe me stepping out on the high wire might encourage you that - if I can dare... you can too.  Truth is, we are all amazing - FACT - and I believe - 'There's Always a Way.'
