Lying on the sofa with Indigo on top of the blanket. 8:16 am - not a Barre Class. Being a wimp. Then a notification of Cardio Crush Camp at 9:15 am comes up! Did that last week - it’s fierce. And I’m tired, a twelve hour work day yesterday and late to bed!

Since October 24th been building into a new BANDZOOGLE website. It has limits on design and some fantastic pipes under the hood to enable me to deliver content.

So… I’m trying on this space for a separate NICKY SLATER BLOG within the LID OFF THE BOX framework on this site.
