BUILD LOG

As Author, designer and developer of this site and its contents I've taken on a system that I've seen from Software and Web Companies. A Build Log. The Build Log is of interest to those funding the Project, to Colleagues and Managers. I am (with some fabulous support from online suppliers) a One Man Army. So those roles are all me.

It is of no interest to the client, consumer, user. It looks a Dog's breakfast on a mobile device. But, to me, it is a point of accountability. It is a 'Target List' a 'Done List.' Which - as only I look at it - is sometimes somewhat encouraging and is developing to show the distractions I encounter. I may go around in circles iterating design, but at least I have a record of the record spinning on the platter; and there is a lot of spinning. It is purposefully not a TO DO List. Different strokes etc..

Numbering creations and databasing their assets somehow anchors my creativity. The process of having something exist. The Daily Lyric today was M1420. So I write to myself here. And this is my work. If you stumble upon this be encouraged in yours today. NICKSTIR - 16 FEB 23
